The staff were kind and good, with extra attention to the details. The location very close to the center was marvellous. It was good to be 1 km away from Coffee Quan Co, serving short-orders.

The location was particularly good and magnificent, short walk to Halong Bay. The staff was very nice and excellent and we could use wake up calls and a complimentary breakfast free of charge. Having breakfast with bread and jam was a nice bonus...

Recommend. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with large beds as well as TV and care about everyone. Quiet and incredibly comfortable setting, it's adjacent to the Monkey Island and Lan Ha/Ha Long bay and really good restaurants.

We had a great stay at a hotel with a great location and helpful staff. We booked a day boat tour and a bus to Ninh Binh with them, which was really convenient. The beds were super comfy and the breakfast was good too. I would recommend this hotel for its value and comfort.

Amazing value for money! The room was big, clean and modern, with great facilities like a TV and fridge. The hot shower was a bonus. The hotel is located away from the main road, so it was nice and quiet. The breakfast options were good too. We took the Halong Bay tour, which was the cheapest we could find, and it was fantastic! We got to do swimming, kayaking, and visit both bays. The lunch provided had plenty of vegan options, and our guide was lovely. We also booked our bus to Sapa through the hotel, which was again the cheapest option in town. a great stay at a bargain price!

That the room felt a bit damp due to the humidity. However, it wasn't a major issue.
